Description
Bovine Rhinotracheitis Virus Diarrhea-Parainfluenza3 Vaccine, Haemophilus Somnus-Campylobacter Fetus-Leptospira Canicola-Grippotyphosa-Hardjo-Icterohaemorrhagiae-Pomona Bacterin. Breed-Back-10ô contains neomycin as a preservative.
Features
Contains IBR-BVD Type 1-PI3-C fetus--Lepto-5-H somnus.
IBR fraction stimulates serological and cell mediated immune (CMI) response. Combines respiratory and reproductive disease protection in one vaccine. Non-shedding IBR, BVD, PI3 vaccine.

Dosage & Administration
Using aseptic technique inject 5 mL IM. Repeat bacterin dose in 14 to 21 days and once annually. Animal vaccinated before 6 months of age when maternal antibody may interfere should be revaccinated at 6 months or at weaning.
Precautions
Store out of direct sunlight at a temperature not over 45∞ F. Avoid freezing. Use entire contents when first opened. Stressed cattle should not be vaccinated. Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter. Do not use in pregnant cows or in calves nursing pregnant cows. Burn containers and all unused contents. Anaphylactoid reactions may occur.
Antidote: Epinephrine.
Uses
Breed-Back-10 is recommended for vaccination of healthy susceptible cattle four months of age or older against disease caused by bovine rhinotracheitis, virus diarrhea, parainfluenza3 viruses, H somnus, the prevention of infertility, delayed conception or abortion caused by L canicola, L grippotyphosa, L hardjo, L icterohaemorrhagiae, and L pomona.
Warning
It is possible that healthy appearing cattle can be persistently infected with or incubating virulent BVD virus at time of vaccination. In view of these findings and suggested causes, BVD vaccine is contraindicated in persistently infected cattle and use should be limited only to healthy, immunocompetent, unstressed, non-pregnant cattle.
