Description
Bovine Rhinotracheitis-Virus Diarrhea-Parainfluenza3- Respiratory Syncytial Virus Vaccine, Modified Live Virus, Haemophilus Somnus, Leptospira Canicola-Grippotyphosa-Hardjo-Icterohaemorrhagiae-Pomona Bacterin. Express 10-HS® contains neomycin as a preservative.
Features
Contains IBR-BVD Types 1 and 2-PI3-BRSV MLV plus Lepto-5 and H somnus.
IBR fraction stimulates serological and cell mediated immune (CMI) response.

Express 10-HS administration allows cattle to launch a serological and CMI response against an IBR challenge and provides BVD protection with extremely high serological titers.
Dosage & Administration
Using aseptic technique inject a 2 mL dose IM. Repeat in 14 to 28 days. A 2 mL booster dose is recommended annually or prior to time of stress or exposure. Calves vaccinated under 6 months of age should be revaccinated at weaning or at 6 months of age.
Precautions
Store out of direct sunlight at
35∞ - 45∞ F (2∞ - 7∞ C). Avoid freezing. Shake well before using. Use entire contents when first opened. Do not vaccinate within 21 days of slaughter.
Stressed cattle should not be vaccinated. Do not use in pregnant cows or in calves nursing pregnant cows. Burn containers and all unused contents. Injection site swelling may occur. Anaphylactoid reactions may occur.
Antidote: Epinephrine.
Uses
Express 10-HS is recommended for vaccination of healthy, susceptible cattle against disease caused by IBR, BVD Types 1 and 2, PI3, BRSV, L canicola, L grippotyphosa, L hardjo, L icterohaemorrhagiae, L pomona and H somnus.
Warning
Animal inoculation only. Accidental injection to humans can cause serious local reactions. Contact a physician immediately if accidental injection occurs.
MLV BVD vaccine is contraindicated in persistently infected cattle and use should be limited only to healthy immunocompetent, unstressed, non-pregnant cattle.
