Description
Bovine Rhinotracheitis-Virus Diarrhea-Parainfluenza3 - Respiratory Syncytial Virus Vaccine, Modified Live Virus, Pasteurella Haemolytica-Multocida Bacterin. Express® 5-PHM contains neomycin and thimerosal as preservatives.

Express 5-PHM provides coverage against 5 viruses and 2 pasteurella antigens known to cause respiratory disease, all in a convenient 2 mL dose.
Dosage & Administration
Using aseptic technique inject a 2 mL dose Sub-Q in front of the shoulder and midway of the neck, away from the suprascapular lymph node. Repeat BRSV, P haemolytica and P multocida fractions in 14 to 28 days. A 2 mL booster dose is recommended annually or prior to time of stress or exposure. Calves vaccinated under 6 months of age should be revaccinated at 6 months of age or at weaning.
Precautions
Store out of direct sunlight at 35∞ - 45∞ F (2∞ - 7∞ C). Avoid freezing. Shake well before using. Use entire contents when first opened. Do not vaccinate within 60 days of slaughter.
Antidote: Epinephrine.
Uses
Express 5-PHM is recommended for vaccination of healthy, susceptible cattle 30 days of age or older as an aid in reduction of diseases caused by IBR, BVD Types 1 & 2, PI3, BRSV, P haemolytica, P multocida.
Warning
Animal inoculation only. Accidental injection to humans can cause serious local reactions. Contact a physician immediately if accidental injection occurs.
Stressed cattle should not be vaccinated. Do not use in pregnant cows or in calves nursing pregnant cows. Burn containers and all unused contents. Injection site swelling may occur, which may be persistent after Sub-Q use.
